Our Soap ships with our patented concentration complete with microbials (to kill any bad stuff). You will simply add water to the bottle and shake.

Instructions: Wet hands with running water. Use 2-4 pumps of foaming hand soap. Rub hands palm to palm including the back of hands, wrists, between fingers, and under your fingernails for at least 20 seconds. Rinse well. Do not ingest. Settling is natural and will occur due to the use of all natural ingredients.
